These are some common errors you might encounter when using Template Variants.
I cannot connect my Meta Business portfolio to Feedr
You need to be the admin of the Meta Business portfolio to connect it to Feedr.
If you are not the admin, you can create a link for the admin to use, so they can make the integration for you.

It says "Non-discrimination policy not agreed to"
To use the template variants feature, you need to accept Facebook's None-discrimination policy. You can read more about it here
It says "Switching template variant is not supported while the "Advantage+ creative for Catalog" optimization option is enabled"
To switch the template variant in your ads, you need to turn off the "Advantage+ creative for Catalog" optimization option.

It says "Could not connect to Facebook"
Make sure you have connected your Meta Business portfolio to Feedr. If you have then make sure that the Feedr app has not been removed from your Business Manager.
It says "No connected Feedr feed"
- Make sure you have connected your Meta Business portfolio to Feedr.
- Make sure the ad you are using is using the same product catalog as the feed you are using.
If you added the catalog after you connected it to Feedr, you will need to "re-authenticate" and select the newly created catalog.
I can't see the Feedr Template Variants inside Ads Manager
If you can't see the Feedr Template Variants within Meta you should try the following:
- Make sure you've installed the Feedr Chrome Extension and are logged in to your Feedr account
- Make sure you've connected your Meta Business portfolio in Feedr
- Refresh the page
